Final and execution design and supervision for extraordinary maintenance work in a villa of 200 square meters  in Rome.  The project includes a presentation on all the housing to improve energy performance and a new configuration of the interior layout and the creation of new spaces. It is also provided the realization of all interior finishes and  all  technological systems design.
